Ceramic articles are made by volunteers. They pour the molds, clean and prepare the pieces for firing. Residents do the painting and glazing, making two pieces, one for themselves to use as gifts, the other to be sold by the Auxiliary. Ceramic articles are shown in display cases in the entrance area, and are for sale there, as well.

There are two annual sales, one at Easter and another at Halloween; both sales are open to the public. The proceeds of all sales are used for needed supplies and added to the general treasury. Residents often make gifts for their families and friends.
